RL-1001 PVC Coated Security Door
The RL-1001 is a high-security entry system certified to the European standard EN 1522/1523 at Class FB6. It is engineered to withstand high-powered rifle fire — specifically 7.62 × 51 mm NATO rounds (as fired from a FAL or M14) as well as 5.56 × 45 mm rounds from military assault rifles at close range. This is the door banks use for ATM rooms and supermarkets use for cash and secure rooms. It is supplied in whatever configuration the opening needs — single-leaf, double-leaf or leaf-and-a-half — all to the same specification. It is finished in PVC coating, so the protection is invisible — it reads as a premium entrance rather than a security installation. To be clear about what you are buying: there is no timber anywhere in this door. The leaf is engineered ballistic steel throughout, and the PVC coating is simply what carries the colour and texture.

Materials & Construction
Thick ballistic steel plates (around 6.5 mm core thickness), or specialised steel profile systems combined with reinforced multi-layer interiors, heavy-duty hinges and a robust frame. The exterior PVC coating is a durable weatherproof skin — it gives the door its colour and texture, and is unaffected by sun, heat and rain over many years.
