RL-1004 WPC Internal Door
The RL-1004 is our standard internal door, made from WPC — Wood Plastic Composite. Wood fibre is bonded with thermoplastic polymer to produce a panel that looks and works like timber but behaves like plastic where it matters: it does not absorb water, so it will not swell, split, warp or rot, and termites have nothing to feed on. That makes it particularly well suited to Ghanaian humidity and to bathrooms, kitchens and any opening where an ordinary wooden door would eventually fail. Flush face with a slim inset feature groove, supplied with a matching frame and architrave. Unlike our security doors, which are reinforced steel throughout, the RL-1004 is specified for everyday openings rather than for security.

Materials & Construction
WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) — wood fibre or wood flour bonded with a thermoplastic polymer, moulded into a solid door leaf and supplied with a matching frame set. Because the wood fibre is fully encapsulated in polymer, moisture cannot get into the panel, which is what makes the door waterproof, termite-proof and stable over its life.
