RL-1004 uPVC Coated Internal Door
The RL-1004 is our standard internal door: a wooden core with a flush face, a slim inset feature groove, and a uPVC coating sealing the whole leaf. That coating is what makes the difference — it takes sun, rain and humidity without swelling, warping, fading or rotting, so the door still looks and closes the way it did on the day it was fitted after years of service. Unlike our security doors, which are steel throughout, this is a genuine wooden door: it is specified for everyday openings rather than for security.

Materials & Construction
